Week 10: CVCe Pattern (Daily Phonics)

This first grade Daily Phonics unit emphasizes using the CVCe pattern in reading words (mane, note, mule). Students understand that an "e" added to a CVC word has no sound, but it changes the vowel from short to long (man + e = mane).
