Your subscription represents a license to use all materials In the TeacherFileBox website while your subscription is active, and it is for a single classroom or single home use only. Your subscription does not constitute the purchase of educational materials. If for any reason the subscription is terminated, your license immediately ends and your ability to use the materials ends as well. At that time, any materials printed from this website must be immediately destroyed/discarded.
The license to use Evan-Moor materials is granted to you for single classroom or single homeschool use. This means that the materials printed from the TeacherFileBox website may be duplicated for use in your own classroom or home and may be provided to students enrolled in that specific classroom. The materials may not be shared with any other persons or entities, including but not limited to teachers, friends, or other homeschoolers, or used throughout an entire school or school district, unless each classroom teacher within such school or school district has obtained an individual subscription to the site.
If a subscriber’s printing exceeds the average consumable usage of 500 pages/week, the account may be flagged for excessive printing. A customer service rep will contact you to verify that your TeacherFileBox usage is appropriate. This is done to protect Evan-Moor’s content from misuse and piracy.
Saving material: You may save lessons and units in your customizable folders in MyFileBox within the website. However, lessons and units may not be saved as PDFs or saved outside of the TeacherFileBox site.
In consideration of your use of this Website and any and all services provided by Evan-Moor Educational Publishers in connection therewith, you agree to: a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including all personal and payment information as prompted by the Website's registration form (such information being referred to hereafter as the "Registration"); b) maintain and promptly update the Registration to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete; and c) maintain and manage your online account and subscription information. Any subscription changes, including cancellation, should be initiated and administered by you, the customer, through your online TeacherFileBox.com account.
In the event you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or Evan-Moor Educational Publishers has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Evan-Moor Educational Publishers has the right to suspend or terminate your account and, as a result, refuse any and all current or future use of the Website or any portion thereof. Evan-Moor Educational Publishers shall follow its privacy and security policy regarding such information as described in the Privacy Policy. Evan-Moor Educational Publishers reserves the option to revise such policy as it may see fit from time to time.
As a subscriber, you authorize Evan-Moor Educational Publishers to automatically charge your credit card a recurring fee based on the billing frequency (term) you select. You understand that you will be charged this fee as long as your subscription is active. The subscription fee entitles you to complete access to the teaching materials and organizational tools that the Website offers, and there is no limit to the frequency or extent of your legitimate usage. Refunds will not be issued for the term of active subscriptions. (For example, if the term selected is monthly and you cancel within a particular month, a refund will not be issued for that month.)
For purposes of this Agreement, the use of any material from any other Website or computer environment is prohibited without the express written consent of Evan-Moor Educational Publishers. For the purpose of this statement of use, the term "User" shall refer to those users of the Website who are registered or are unregistered to procure goods or services on this site. For the purpose of this statement of use, the term "Supplier" shall refer to those users of the Website who are registered to sell and/or market goods or services on this site.
In the event you download any data from the site, including, but not limited to, any software, files, or images incorporated in or generated by the site or data accompanying or to be used with the site (hereafter collectively, referred to as the "Data"), the Data is licensed to you by Evan-Moor Educational Publishers, unless such Data is the property of a Supplier. This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by canceling your subscription. If you terminate your subscription before its expiration date, your subscription will not renew. Your subscription, and access to the Website, terminate at the end of the billing cycle and your license to use any printed materials ends as well. Be sure to unsubscribe before the first day of your next billing cycle or you will be charged for another period. Evan-Moor is not obligated to refund fees should you fail to unsubscribe before your next payment date. Likewise, Evan-Moor is not obligated to issue refunds for cancellation of service prior to the next payment date.
This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Evan-Moor Educational Publishers or this Website if, in their sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement, if you are an infringer of any third party's rights, or if you engage in conduct that is illegal, tortuous, or that interferes with the technological use of this site.
Upon termination of your subscription to this Website, you may no longer use, duplicate, or distribute any material you have obtained from the Website. Materials printed from the Website during your subscription must be destroyed.
