Saving teaching units using "My Files"

Did you know you can save and file your teaching units and print them later? Here's how:

  1. Locate the teaching unit you'd like to save to the My Files section of your FileBox.
  2. Click on the Add to FileBox icon. Once you've added a teaching unit to My Files, it will be marked as In FileBox.

You can also organize your teaching units into folders. To create a folder:

  1. Select the My Files tab in the left sidebar. Once you are in My Files you will see an alphabetical list of activities you have saved.
  2. Click on the Add Folder link on the right side of your screen.
  3. Name your folder however you'd like and click on Submit.

To add teaching units to a folder you have created:

  1. Locate the activity or activities you would like to add to your folder and check the box to the right or each activity.
  2. Select the folder you would like to save to from the Add to Folder drop-down menu and click on the Add button.

To view the activities you have filed, simply click on the folder on the right side of your screen.
